Self Motivation Principle

Motivations to work or to study exist if you are aware what is your purpose to do it and you are interested to do it.

You will be aware of your purpose and interested in your work or study if it is
1. Challenging: You want to know (curiosity) more because it is new.
2. Useful: You know and you have hope that you will use this knowledge or experience for your future. It is not only for this time you will do it.
3. Important: You feel that what you are doing is important for many people and yourself.

Something is new for you if you still do not know. It is challenging if you curios about it. You will be curious if you direct your mind saying that you want to know or experience that more. You want to continue to do the work or study it until you have enough knowledge or experience.

You have enough knowledge and experience if you can use that knowledge and experience for your future work. It is interesting because you have hope that you can use them in the future. It is useful because you are going to develop this work/study more and you are going to use them in your future work. It is not only for now, which is a temporary work. Thus your effort to work or study hard is not useless.

You are free to do that. You are the one who determines your own interest and work. It is true that other person or the environment force you to do this work/study, but it is you who decide that you want to do it. Everything depends on you yourself. It is not you parent or teacher or your boss decision. It is you who decide whether you want to use the knowledge or the experience for your future work. If you are not sure that you will use it, at least you know there is a probability that you will use it in your future because you never know your own future.

You will use that knowledge or experience if you have enough knowledge and experience to use that. You can have enough knowledge and experience only if you do the work and you want to know more. It is your decision that you want to know and experience it or not. It is depend on your willingness to do it. You determine your own future.

The more you know, the more you want to know. The more experience you have, you know how important it is for you and for many people surround you.
