Digging the root of your problems
Here is some excercise for you to find the root of your current problem.
2. List your belief in your Self. 3. Record the positive things from this problems or what are the positive things of others 4. Try to shift your value and your own belief. Use your mental simulation to think of what is possible based on new belief compare to what was impossible with the old beliefs. You need to have a shift in beliefs. 5. Then based on this new belief, you should change your way of thinking and attitude. Think of the implication of your new belief toward your way of thinking. Use mental simulation to check how you will react, and act.
